Is the $20 I just paid the full price of the product?

No. The F1 VIP product price is $999 (MSRP $1,999). Today's $20 payment is a reservation deposit, not the full product price. You will complete your product purchase separately when our Kickstarter campaign launches.

How is the $20 deposit handled? Is it refundable?

Yes, it is 100% fully refundable with no questions asked (processed within 14 business days). Additionally, once our Kickstarter campaign goes live, we will refund the $20 deposit back to your original payment method—effectively giving you Founder status for free.

The Founder Package includes the main unit and 1 core attachment of your choice (Knee, Shoulder, or Ankle). Additional attachments—such as full-leg or full-body sleeves—can be added separately after the Kickstarter launch (estimated at $99–$299 each).

How does the F1 differ from traditional ice packs or massage guns?

F1 is a comprehensive thermal-compression recovery system. The main unit delivers precise temperature control (0–50°C / 32–122°F) and pneumatic pressure control (10 adjustable levels), working with modular attachments to cover full-body recovery needs.

Shipping & Warranty

When will my order ship, and how much is shipping?

Shipping is scheduled to begin in Q1 2027, with Founder VIPs receiving priority fulfillment. We ship to most countries worldwide. Full shipping rates and country lists will be announced at launch.

What is the warranty policy?
